Linda is a Certified Advanced Résumé Writer (CARW), a Certified Professional Résumé Writer (CPRW) and holds a Career Coach Certificate.  She is a full-time Dedicated Writer and veteran CV Specialist, brought up in the Wairarapa, and formerly lived in the USA where she ran a successful Résumé and Typing business.  She is an Advanced Level Word Processor and has worked at the top level of the NZ Government.  Linda has been headhunted to write CVs for world leading companies, keeps current with the latest market trends, and collaborates with industry experts both locally and overseas.

Bruce is a leading New Zealand Business Consultant and the International Director of a worldwide Business Leadership School, working as an advisor.  He is based in Wellington and has been a Consultant for 25 years to high profile businesses in NZ and overseas.  He knows what employers want when recruiting and can provide advice on the best ways to improve our clients' CVs.  Bruce has frequent communication with significant employers in a wide range of industries worldwide and oversees our document Quality Control. 

Angie is a Marketing Specialist.  She is a US citizen and married to a New Zealander, is of Mexican and El Salvadorian descent and has travelled extensively.  Angie is fluent in Spanish and English and can act as an advisor to help with interpreting documents and on the best ways to market our clients.  

About the CARW Accreditation

The CARW certification is an internationally recognised credential, issued by Career Directors International. The examination is comprehensive and consists of three modules, which include writing two 1,000+ word articles on Résumé writing or related topics, preparation of two Résumés and Cover Letters for independent review by the industry accredited Certification Team, and a timed written examination.  The CARW designation must be renewed every two years through resume-related continuing education, employment-related book reviews, career-related community service, and/or articles published on Résumé writing.

About the CPRW Accreditation

The CPRW credential was established in 1991 and is recognised as the Global Industry Standard for professional Résumé Writers.  Writers possessing the CPRW credential must pass a timed examination consisting of four modules, testing their industry knowledge and understanding of the Résumé writing field, their command of grammar, punctuation, spelling and proofreading, and skills in strategic thinking on Résumé related issues. The writer is also required to develop a Résumé and cover letter based upon background information of a hypothetical client provided by the Certification Board.  Certification examinations are reviewed and graded by three independent CPRWs who are members of the Board. 

About the Career Coach Certification

The Career Coach Course through IAP Career College involves learning the principles and practical techniques for career coaching, delivering career coaching services, exploring careers for clients, issues and roadblocks faced by clients, interview skills, and resume writing, followed by a graded examination.
